I just wanted to thank your company for the fine service that we received yesterday. I called and a team was here within hours. They were courteous and well mannered. They called to let me know exactly when to expect them, which was really nice. They spent the time to do a really good job. I will plan on calling your company again. I also appreciated the fact that there weren't any "hidden" charges. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and that was a fair amount.

When I called the other day, I just wanted to express how pleased we were with the quality/service and friendliness of your technicians. We had used Reliance and a couple other companies to do our carpets about every year and a half. We were considering replacing our carpet because the landing areas just didn't clean up well along with some pet stains/having a dog and three cats.
Our carpet looks almost brand new. Your original quote was competitive and I believe the senior technician Jeff was helpful in suggesting additional services such as pet stain removal. I thought Jeff and Larry worked well together. While Jeff was running the equipment, Larry was making sure the hoses were in the right place and sprayed the chemicals where needed. I hope I have the names correct! I have shared this with several neighbors in our area.
I found you in the yellow pages because we try to spend our monies in Lebanon to support local businesses. Please share this email with Jeff and Larry. I was also impressed with equipment used in your Van that seemed to be in great working order; thus great results.
